Plan your marking.

It is best to plan your marking activities for when you have a day or two to complete, such as a week-end.  Make sure that you note serial numbers, product numbers or existing references to your product, including any other identifiable mark - even such as dents or chips.

What if I experience a theft?

Please remember to let the police do their job.  NEVER put yourself at risk, and ALWAYS notify police.  Also be careful not to disturb the area in case there is more evidence which police may want to collect or examine.  BE SURE to tell police that your items are marked and registered.
